Als BMC'er draag je duurzaam bij aan effectieve, krachtige oplossingen voor maatschappelijke en/of bestuurlijke uitdagingen. Dat doe je niet alleen: je collega's zijn net zo gemotiveerd om een stapje extra te zetten voor onze opdrachtgevers. BMC'ers staan bekend om hun betrokkenheid, waardoor je je echt onderdeel zult voelen van BMC. Wij onderscheiden ons door hoogwaardig advies en onderzoek te koppelen aan implementatie met daadkracht. Oftewel: we koppelen advies aan de praktijk. Dat doen we voor uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers in de hele publieke sector, zoals gemeenten, provincies, de rijksoverheid, de corporatiesector, waterschappen, het onderwijs of jeugd- en zorgaanbieders. Voor deze functie zoeken wij kandidaten die wonen in verschillende regio's in Nederland. Onze interim opdrachten zijn door heel Nederland. Functieomschrijving Je werkt binnen BMC voor het groeiende en ambitieuze team Politiek & Bestuur. Vanuit BMC word je als interimmer binnen alle bestuurslagen die Nederland rijk is ingezet op de meest uitdagende griffieopdrachten. Voor jou de kans om veel ervaring op te doen bij verschillende opdrachtgevers. Zo bouw je aan een breed netwerk en doe je bij grotere en kleinere overheden ervaring op. Als jij werkervaring als raadsadviseur/commissiegriffier of griffier hebt, dan is dit voor jou wellicht de perfecte volgende stap. Als adviseur bij Politiek & Bestuur richting griffie adviseer je zowel de raadsleden, de ambtelijke organisatie als de bestuurder over het politiek-bestuurlijke proces. Je bent veel in contact met stakeholders, in overleg met de bestuurder, je bereidt debatten voor en kan gevoeligheden goed inschatten...
