Samen met BMC maak je écht het verschil in de samenleving door te zorgen voor een rechtmatige, hoogwaardige uitvoering van de Participatiewet. Je lost actuele knelpunten op door zelfstandig bezwaarschriften af te handelen, verweerschriften op te stellen en de gemeente vol overtuiging te vertegenwoordigen tijdens hoorzittingen en (hoger)beroepsprocedures. Jouw inzet garandeert dat besluiten juridisch waterdicht zijn en inwoners de juiste duidelijkheid krijgen. Het betreft een individuele inzet voor 20 uur per week (waarvan minimaal twee dagen op kantoor in Venlo). De opdracht start op 12 oktober 2026 en loopt tot en met 31 december 2026, met een optie tot verlenging. Functie-eisen - Met jouw afgeronde opleiding Nederlands Recht (HBO of WO) doorgrond je moeiteloos complexe kaders om tot een gefundeerd juridisch oordeel te komen. - Dankzij minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als jurist bezwaar en beroep behandel jij zelfstandig en efficiënt bezwaar- en beroepszaken in het sociaal domein. - Jouw diepgaande kennis van de Participatiewet en de Awb stelt jou in staat om besluiten feilloos te toetsen op rechtmatigheid. - Heb je al eerdere ervaring binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie (dit is een pré)? Dan zet je deze kennis in om nóg sneller van waarde te zijn in deze opdracht.
