Je gaat direct aan de slag om vervanging te regelen. Op een andere locatie begint een nieuwe medewerker. Je springt bij om de medewerker een warm welkom te geven. Jij zet de medewerker écht voorop. Daarna ga je op klantbezoek en bespreek je samen de kwaliteit. Waarom zijn de vlekken in het tapijt niet opgenomen in het contract? En nu je er toch bent, drink je een kop koffie met een collega. Even horen hoe het gaat. En wat jij voor ze kan betekenen. Er komt een nieuw project binnen. Jij vraagt wie in jouw team meer wil werken. Jij weet precies welke wensen jouw team heeft. Ook controleer je of er nog machines en werkwagens beschikbaar zijn, of dat je deze moet bestellen. Aan het einde van de dag check je nog even in bij jouw team. Hoe is het met de collega die zich vanmorgen ziek heeft gemeld? Jij zorgt ervoor dat de medewerker zich gehoord voelt. Werkzaamheden rayonmanager: - Jij zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden bij al jouw klanten doorlopen. Dankzij jou heeft iedereen een fijne dag. - Je zorgt ervoor dat de klant tevreden is. Jij vraagt door en bespreekt of er extra werk nodig is. - Jij zet de medewerker voorop en weet wat er speelt, zowel op het werk áls privé. Verandert de persoonlijke situatie? En kan de medewerker op andere dagen werken? Dan kijk jij mee naar alle mogelijkheden. - Bij externe keuringen ben jij altijd goed voorbereid. Onverwachts een keuring?
