Als Re-Integratie Consulent(e) UWV in Sittard heb je een veelzijdige en betekenisvolle rol. Na de intake stel je per cliënt een realistisch plan van aanpak op en breng je de capaciteiten en wensen in kaart via testen en assessments. Je biedt structurele begeleiding, geeft sollicitatietrainingen en verzorgt jobcoaching. Daarnaast onderhoud je nauw contact met werkgevers en opdrachtgevers, adviseer je over wet- en regelgeving en zorg je voor een accurate, strakke dossierafhandeling richting het UWV.

Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?

- Zelfstandig uitvoeren, coördineren en bewaken van "Werkfit"- en "Naar werk"-trajecten voor het UWV; - Afnemen van intakes en opstellen van doelgerichte plannen van aanpak per cliënt; - Inzetten van opdrachten, testen en assessments om capaciteiten en doelen vast te stellen; - Bieden van structurele coaching, begeleiding en verzorgen van professionele sollicitatietrainingen; - Proactief leggen en onderhouden van commerciële contacten met werkgevers en opdrachtgevers; - Adviseren van cliënten en werkgevers over relevante wet- en regelgeving rondom re-integratie; - Zorgvuldig en tijdig opbouwen, bijhouden en administratief afhandelen van cliëntdossiers; - Prettig en nauw samenwerken binnen de re-integratie unit van Alert om doelen te realiseren.
