Jouw uitdaging

Als receptionist(e) ben jij het visitekaartje van onze organisatie. Je zorgt voor een professionele ontvangst en begeleidt gasten gedurende hun bezoek.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je ontvangt en verwelkomt gasten op een warme en professionele manier.
  • Je begeleidt bezoekers bij aankomst en verstrekt de nodige informatie.
  • Je beheert reservaties en administratieve taken aan de receptie.
  • Je beantwoordt telefonische en online vragen.
  • Je verwerkt betalingen en verzorgt een correcte kassawerking.
  • Je behandelt vragen, opmerkingen en klachten op een klantgerichte manier.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van wellness, horeca, beauty en management.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de receptie steeds verzorgd en representatief oogt.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's waar nodig voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking.
