Functie

Voor een multimerkengarage zijn we in Gent op zoek naar een service advisor! Hier zal je aan het onthaal klanten begeleiden bij hun vragen, herstellingen en bezorg je uitleg over de herstellingswerken!

Het takenpakket:

  • Het fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten voor alles wat met naverkoop te maken heeft. Je zorgt voor een warm welkom en bent het "gezicht" van de oganisatie.
  • Analyseren van de input van de klant en deze op een duidelijke manier doorbriefen aan de mechaniekers.
  • Begeleiden van klanten doorheen het volledige proces, gaande van inplannen van een afspraak tot het helder uitleggen van de geleverde onderhouds- en reparatiewerken.
  • Helpen van klanten bij het oplossen van hun problemen, gaande van herinplannen van een afspraak tot het regelen van een vervangwagen.
  • Afhandelen van de nodige administratie zoals het opstellen van werkorders, opmaak van offertes, opvolgen facturatie, verwerken garantieaanvragen, ...
  • Zorgen voor een optimale klanttevredenheid en het opbouwen van duurzame klantrelaties.

Profiel

Wie zoeken we hiervoor?

  • Je behaalde een bachelor diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is zeker een plus.
  • Met jouw autotechnische kennis en commerciële flair stel je alles in het werk om de klant te helpen.
  • Je beschikt over een klantgerichte en servicegerichte instelling. Ook op hectische momenten kan je dezelfde klantvriendelijkheid voor de dag leggen.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Je bent administratief aangelegd: op een gestructureerde manier kan je het proces borgen door het efficiënt gebruiken van de verschillende systemen.
  • Je kan vlot werken met computers en softwarepakketten.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Bijhorende talen zijn een plus.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
