Word dan onderdeel van het team van B&B HOTEL Brussels Airport als Receptionist(e) en wordt een van de eerste aanspreekpunten voor onze gasten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Gasten op een vriendelijke, professionele en efficiënte manier verwelkomen.
  • Check-ins en check-outs verzorgen.
  • Gasten informeren over het hotel, de aangeboden diensten en de omgeving.
  • Reservaties en annuleringen beheren en verzoeken van gasten opvolgen.
  • Betalingen verwerken en zorgen voor een correcte kasadministratie.
  • Vragen van gasten beantwoorden persoonlijk, telefonisch en per e-mail.
  • Feedback en klachten van gasten professioneel behandelen en passende oplossingen zoeken.
  • Samenwerken met housekeeping en andere hotelafdelingen om een vlot verblijf voor de gasten te garanderen.
  • Zorgen voor een nette, georganiseerde en gastvrije receptie.
  • De procedures van het hotel volgen en bijdragen aan hoge kwaliteitsnormen op het gebied van service en gastentevredenheid.
  • Ervaring in de horeca, klantenservice of receptie is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent vriendelijk, professioneel en werkt graag met mensen.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
  • Je bent georganiseerd, betrouwbaar en kunt zelfstandig werken.
  • Je blijft rustig en oplossingsgericht in drukke situaties.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels; kennis van het Frans en/of Nederlands is een sterke troef.
  • Je kunt vlot met computers en hotelreserveringssystemen werken.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in shiften te werken, inclusief 's avonds, in het weekend en op feestdagen.
  • Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid en een sterke klantgerichte mentaliteit

Vereiste vaardigheden:

  • Op een gepaste manier reageren op klachten of geschillen met gasten, bijvoorbeeld door een commerciële geste te doen.
  • Reservaties registreren en de bezettingsplanning van kamers, appartementen, bungalows, enz. bijwerken.
  • Gasten informeren over de diensten van het hotel en de reservatievoorwaarden.
  • Activiteiten opvolgen en registreren (reservaties, annuleringen, verkopen, enz.) en dagelijkse statistische rapporten opstellen (bezettingsgraad, gemiddelde kamerprijs, enz.).
  • Tijdens het verblijf reageren op vragen en verzoeken van gasten.
