Heb je voeling met pompen, reinigingstechniek of sanitairwerken én ben je sterk in het organiseren en aansturen van techniekers? Dan is dit je kans om mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van een gevestigde waarde in de sector van industriële reinigingsoplossingen.

Deze onderneming maakt deel uit van een grotere groep en is gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling, installatie en opvolging van industriële reinigingssystemen. Denk hierbij aan alles van middendruk- en hogedruk tot de volledige inrichting van hygiënezones voor productieomgevingen. De klanten bevinden zich voornamelijk binnen de voedingsindustrie, waar netheid en veiligheid van cruciaal belang zijn. Je komt terecht in een hecht team van een tiental techniekers in de regio Torhout, waar betrokkenheid, veiligheid en vakmanschap centraal staan. De sfeer is professioneel maar menselijk, met ruimte voor overleg en eigen initiatief.

Eén van de zaakvoerders zoekt vandaag ondersteuning in de technische aansturing. Jij zorgt voor de personeels- en werfplanning, bereidt de ploegen ’s ochtends voor en leidt een team van een 10-tal techniekers. Je behoudt het overzicht, steekt mee de handen uit de mouwen en weet wat er nodig is om correct en efficiënt te werken binnen een voedingsomgeving.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als rechterhand van de zaakvoerder zorg je dagelijks voor de werkverdeling van zo'n 10 techniekers
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van de personeels- en werfplanning op
  • ’s Ochtends ontferm je je over de voorbereiding: wagens, materiaal en opdrachten staan klaar voor vertrek
  • Ook de begeleiding van nieuwe collega’s is deel van je takenpakket: je werkt hen in en volgt hun evolutie van dichtbij op
  • Je bewaart het overzicht op lopende werven en dringende interventies, en springt zelf bij wanneer nodig
  • Je werkt in tandem met de zaakvoerder, denkt mee over optimalisaties en bewaakt de kwaliteit en veiligheid op elke installatie
  • Je behaalde een technisch diploma, bij voorkeur in elektromechanica, elektriciteit of sanitair/klimaattechnieken
  • Dankzij je minstens vijf jaar ervaring in een technische functie beschik je over een sterke technische basis en het nodige zelfvertrouwen
  • Je hebt een goede praktische kennis van pompen, leidingwerk en bent vertrouwd met het werken in omgevingen waar hygiëne van cruciaal belang is
  • Nederlands beheers je vlot, en je kan je ook professioneel in het Engels uitdrukken
