#weforyou - Unsere Aufgaben für dich

* Beratung und Vertretung von Mandant_innen in unterschiedlichen Rechtsgebieten (zB Unternehmens- und Gesellschaftsrecht, Arbeitsrecht, Wirtschafts- und Finanzstrafrecht, Datenschutzrecht, Vorsorge- und Nachfolgeplanung).

* Erstellung von Schriftsätzen, Gutachten, Verträgen und Stellungnahmen

* Laufende Auseinandersetzung mit Gesetzesänderungen, Rechtsprechung und Fachliteratur

* Kommunikation mit Behörden, Gerichten, Vertragspartner_innen und Mandant_innen - schriftlich und mündlich

* Aktive Mitgestaltung beim Ausbau unseres Standorts und bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Kanzlei

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften

* Eintragung als Rechtsanwalt Rechtsanwältin oder bereits abgelegte Rechtsanwaltsprüfung und kurz vor der Eintragung

* Mehrjährige Tätigkeit als Rechtsanwaltsanwärter_in oder bereits als Rechtsanwalt Rechtsanwältin

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse im geschäftlichen Kontext

* Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Advokat

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz

* Eigeninitiative, Leistungsbereitschaft und Freude an Verantwortung
