RIHS Rechtsanwalt ist eine auf öffentliches Recht spezialisierte Rechtsanwaltskanzlei im Herzen Wiens. Seit vielen Jahren vertreten wir erfolgreich Unternehmen, öffentliche Einrichtungen und Privatpersonen vor Behörden, Verwaltungsgerichten sowie den Gerichtshöfen des öffentlichen Rechts.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit für unser Sekretariat.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine_n 1 Rechtsanwaltsassistent_in (40 Stunden/Woche) Ihre Aufgaben

* Unterstützung der Rechtsanwälte und des Sekretariats im laufenden Kanzleibetrieb

* Telefon- und E-Mail-Korrespondenz mit Mandanten, Gerichten und Behörden

* Terminverwaltung sowie Fristen- und Aktenmanagement

* Erstellung und Formatierung von Schriftsätzen

* Schreiben nach Diktat (Dragon NaturallySpeaking)

* Bearbeitung des elektronischen Rechtsverkehrs (ERV)

* Akten- und Datenpflege, Postwege

* Unterstützung bei Grundbuch- und Firmenbucheingaben

* Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

* Berufserfahrung als Rechtsanwaltsassistent_in oder in einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei (zwingend)

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit ADVOKAT von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion

* Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten

* Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen Team

Gehalt

Das Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt ab € 3.200 auf Vollzeitbasis. Je nach Qualifikation und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zu einer deutlichen Überzahlung.
