De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Recruiter?

  • Begeleiden van het volledige wervingsproces voor bedienden, van vacature tot indiensttreding
  • Je werft nieuwe medewerkers via diverse kanalen en onderhoudt talentpools
  • Coördineren van sollicitatiegesprekken en nauwkeurig opvolgen van kandidaten
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan het HR-team bij onboarding en administratieve taken rond werving
  • Actief meedenken over manieren om het wervingsproces te optimaliseren
  • Af en toe ben je aanwezig op verschillende sites in Oost- en West-Vllaanderen om sollicitaties af te nemen

Wie ben jij als HR Recruiter (bedienden) regio Deerlijk?

  • Idealiter behaalde je een bachelor diploma binnen HR of je bent gelijkaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring in werving en selectie, liefst voor bedienden, maar kandidaten met pit en leergierigheid zijn ook welkom
  • Communicatief sterk, nauwkeurig en proactief
  • Sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten en goed georganiseerd
  • Teamplayer met een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en toont initiatief
