🔍 Search like a pro

Als recruiter ga je eerst op zoek naar de juiste kandidaten via verschillende kanalen. Jij weet waar je moet zoeken, maar vooral: je weet hoe je kandidaten écht raakt en overtuigt van de juiste volgende stap.

💬 Gesprekken voeren met impact

Op kantoor ontvang je kandidaten voor verkennende gesprekken. Je luistert aandachtig, stelt de juiste vragen en ontdekt hun sterktes, motivatie en ambities. Zo bouw je stap voor stap vertrouwen op.

🤝 Klantencontact onderhouden

Je staat in nauw contact met je klanten en volgt lopende vacatures op. Je geeft feedback, denkt mee over personeelsnoden en groeit uit tot een betrouwbare partner voor zowel klant als kandidaat.

🗂️ Administratie

Van contractopmaak tot opstartdocumenten en opvolging in het systeem: jij zorgt voor een vlotte en correcte administratie, met oog voor detail en structuur.

Kortom: jij begeleidt het volledige rekruteringsproces, van eerste contact tot opstart en opvolging. Dat doe je met enthousiasme, verantwoordelijkheidszin en de goesting om bij te leren en te groeien als recruiter.

Je bent iemand die energie haalt uit contact, overtuigen en resultaten behalen, zonder het menselijke aspect uit het oog te verliezen. Je ziet rekrutering niet alleen als HR, maar ook als een commerciële rol waarin relaties opbouwen en kansen zien centraal staan.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je communiceert vlot, overtuigend en professioneel, ook in het Frans!
  • Je durft initiatief te nemen en opportuniteiten actief te benutten
  • Je krijgt energie van targets, doelstellingen en succesmomenten

  • Je schakelt vlot tussen kandidaten en klanten en weet beide partijen mee te nemen in het proces
