Als Talent Partner binnen ons Careers-team focus je op het vinden en selecteren van bediende- en professionele profielen. Hier gaan we verder dan het klassieke cv. We nemen de tijd om kandidaten echt te leren kennen en zoeken gericht naar de juiste match.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Actief en gericht zoeken naar kandidaten via LinkedIn, jobsites, onze databank en andere kanalen
  • Interessante profielen identificeren, zelf benaderen en overtuigen voor een kennismaking
  • Diepgaande selectiegesprekken voeren en verder kijken dan opleiding en werkervaring
  • Talent, motivatie, ambities en verwachtingen van kandidaten in kaart brengen
  • Kandidaten gericht voorstellen bij klanten en het volledige selectieproces begeleiden
  • Klanten leren kennen en meedenken over het profiel dat zij echt nodig hebben
  • Vacatures schrijven en zorgen dat ze de juiste doelgroep bereiken
  • Een eigen netwerk van kandidaten en klanten uitbouwen
  • Kandidaten en klanten nauwgezet opvolgen en zorgen voor een professionele begeleiding
  • Administratie, dossiers en planning correct opvolgen
  • Meedenken, initiatief nemen en gaandeweg steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid opnemen
  • Heb je nog geen relevante ervaring maar wel een gezonde dosis mensenkennis, nieuwsgierigheid en vooral veel goesting? Dan willen we jou leren kennen!
  • Je houdt ervan om mensen echt te leren kennen en stelt graag de juiste vragen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en durft zelf kandidaten en klanten te contacteren.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en kijkt graag verder dan wat er op een cv staat.
  • Je hebt interesse in recruitment en het gericht zoeken naar talent, onder andere via LinkedIn.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het belangrijk om kwaliteit te leveren.
  • Je neemt initiatief en krijgt energie van resultaten.
  • Je staat open voor feedback en wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer.
  • Een bachelordiploma in HR, communicatie, psychologie, talen... is mooi meegenomen. Maar heb je dat niet? Geen probleem.
