Wat je gaat doen als recruiter Je komt te werken in het team Ruimte. Het Ruimtelijk Domein is een dynamisch werkveld. Nieuwe wetgeving, werkwijzen en uitdagingen behoren tot de orde van de dag. Denk maar eens aan de Omgevingswet, de Energietransitie, Stikstofproblematiek en de Woningnood. Als recruiter heb je een belangrijke functie met de focus op het werven van nieuwe ervaren collega's. Je werkt samen met de andere recruiters en accountmanagers om de beste match te realiseren. Jouw werkzaamheden - Creatief werven van kandidaten via o.a. LinkedIn, social media en netwerkevents; - Actief benaderen en enthousiasmeren van (medior/senior) professionals; - Opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk netwerk; - Kandidaten beoordelen op zowel ervaring, persoonlijkheid als potentieel; - Matchen van talent met passende opdrachten binn...
