Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Actief zoeken naar geschikte kandidaten via verschillende kanalen zoals vacaturesites, sociale media, jobbeurzen en netwerkevents.
  • Kandidaten professioneel ontvangen, screenen en begeleiden tijdens het selectieproces.
  • Vacatures analyseren en de behoeften van klanten in kaart brengen.
  • Geschikte kandidaten voorstellen aan klanten en begeleiden tijdens het volledige sollicitatieproces.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met zowel kandidaten als klanten.
  • Adviseren van klanten over de arbeidsmarkt en rekruteringsmogelijkheden.
  • Meewerken aan commerciële en rekruteringsacties om de juiste talenten aan te trekken.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een enthousiaste en gedreven collega die graag met mensen werkt en energie haalt uit het behalen van resultaten.

Jij beschikt over:

  • Een sterke interesse in recruitment, HR en commercieel klantcontact.
  • Een positieve, enthousiaste en professionele uitstraling.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Een luisterend oor en het vermogen om snel vertrouwen op te bouwen.
  • Een proactieve en hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Teamspirit, maar ook zelfstandigheid om eigen verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen.
  • Een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Ervaring binnen recruitment, sales of klantgerichte dienstverlenging is een pluspunt maar geen vereiste.
