Ben jij een creatieve, ondernemende en zelfstandige Recruiter en heb je interesse om ons team op het hoofdkantoor in Oldenzaal te versterken en zo onze personele organisatie flink te laten groeien? Wat ga je doen? - Meewerken aan het opstellen en uitvoeren van het recruitmentplan. - Het (actief) werven & selecteren van gekwalificeerd personeel. - Opzetten van talentpools. - Nauw en proactief samenwerken met onze accountmanagers en bedrijfsleiders. - Samenwerken met onze vestiging in Houten bij recruitmentactiviteiten. - Adviserende rol richting de HR Manager op het gebied van recruitment. - Ondersteuning van promotie en marketing t.b.v. recruitment. Wie zoeken we? We zoeken een enthousiaste en dynamische Recruiter, die met creativiteit en doorzettingsvermogen actief op zoek gaat naar geschikte kandidaten. Je hebt een positieve instelling, bent een vindingrijke rasechte verkoper die uitstekend in staat is om Safety Service® te promoten en te "verkopen" en met jouw persoonlijke charme kandidaten over te halen om te kiezen voor ons bedrijf. Je bent ambitieus in het halen van kwantitatieve doelstellingen, maar tegelijkertijd scherp op de kwaliteit en competenties van de kandidaten. Je voert gesprekken met kandidaten en hebt hier aantoonbare ervaring mee. Je bent een motivator, geeft aandacht aan mens en omgeving en bent creatief in de manier van werven (gebruik van de 'nieuwe' media, eigen netwerk). Daarnaast toon je daadkracht, ben je betrouwbaar en neem je initiatief. Ook vind je het leuk om op het vlak van Employer Branding je steentje bij te dragen aan ons succes.
