Bij Seven Oaks zoeken we een Recruiter Bouw & Vastgoed die professionals weet te vinden, te enthousiasmeren en te begeleiden naar een volgende stap in hun carrière. Je krijgt bij ons veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid, werkt in een enthousiast team en wordt beloond voor het resultaat dat je behaalt. Wat ga je doen? Als Recruiter ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de kandidaatkant van het recruitmentproces. Je zoekt en spreekt professionals binnen de bouw- en vastgoedsector, van middenkader tot directieniveau. Je werkt voor uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers, waaronder aannemers, ontwikkelende bouwers en woningcorporaties. Van ondernemende MKB-bedrijven tot grote landelijke organisaties. Maar recruitment is voor ons meer dan een cv koppelen aan een vacature. Je wilt weten wie iemand is, wat iemand kan en waar iemand naartoe wil. Daarom spreek je kandidaten persoonlijk, verdiep je je in hun ambities en adviseer je hen over interessante vervolgstappen. Vervolgens begeleid je kandidaten gedurende het hele proces. Zo bouw je niet alleen aan succesvolle plaatsingen, maar vooral aan een sterk en duurzaam netwerk binnen jouw markt. De ene dag ben je actief op zoek naar interessante professionals via LinkedIn, de volgende dag heb je meerdere kennismakingsgesprekken en later die week bezoek je samen met een consultant een opdrachtgever. - voeren van telefonische en persoonlijke kennismakingsgesprekken; - kandidaten begeleiden tijdens sollicitatieprocedures; - samenwerken met consultants aan vacatures en searches; - kandidaten adviseren over hun volgende carrièrestap; - volgen van ontwikkelingen binnen de bouw- en vastgoedmarkt; - slim inzetten van LinkedIn, recruitmentsoftware en AI-tools; - zor...
