Monteurs, lassers, grondwerkers, planners, werkvoorbereiders, projectleiders en andere professionals die passen bij onze manier van werken. Als recruiter ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vinden en aantrekken van die mensen. Je wacht niet alleen op sollicitaties, maar gaat zelf actief op zoek. Je benadert kandidaten, voert gesprekken en zorgt dat geschikte mensen snel bij de juiste manager aan tafel komen. Je werkt dicht op de organisatie. Daardoor weet je welke projecten starten, waar extra capaciteit nodig is en welk type kandidaat bij een team past. Geen recruitment op afstand, maar direct contact met de mensen die dagelijks verantwoordelijk zijn voor onze projecten. Vacatures opstellen, publiceren en actueel houden. 05 Samenwerken Samenwerken met HR, projectleiders en management over de personeelsbehoefte. Een eigen kandidatenbestand en netwerk opbouwen. Contact onderhouden met interessante kandidaten, ook wanneer er niet direct een passende positie beschikbaar is. 08 Employer branding Meedenken over hoe BTB-Tech zich als werkgever presenteert. 09 Tempo houden Zorgen voor snelheid in het proces.
