Als Recruiterin bist du gemeinsam mit unserem engagierten Team dafür verantwortlich, die passenden Kandidatinnen für unsere Kunden zu finden und langfristig erfolgreiche Besetzungen sicherzustellen. 1 Recruiter_in Deine Aufgaben

* Du begleitest den gesamten Recruitingprozess - von der Erstellung und Schaltung von Stellenanzeigen über die Direktansprache und Interviews bis hin zur Auswahl geeigneter Kandidat*innen.

* Du identifizierst passende Talente und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden die richtigen Mitarbeiter*innen für ihre offenen Positionen finden.

* Du begleitest unsere externen Mitarbeiter*innen vom Onboarding bis zum Austrittsgespräch und bist während des gesamten Einsatzzeitraums eine verlässliche Ansprechperson.

* Du baust langfristige Beziehungen zu Kandidatinnen und Mitarbeiterinnen auf und stehst ihnen bei Fragen und Anliegen unterstützend zur Seite.

* Wir unterstützen dich dabei, deine arbeitsrechtlichen Kenntnisse laufend zu erweitern, damit du unsere Kunden und Kandidat*innen kompetent und professionell beraten kannst.

* Auch administrative Tätigkeiten und Aufgaben im Backoffice gehören zu deinem abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsalltag.

Das bringst du mit

* Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

* Freude an der Kommunikation und im Umgang mit Menschen

* Erste Erfahrung im Recruiting-Bereich

* Ein gutes Gespür für Menschen, Talente und unterschiedliche Persönlichkeiten

* Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

Wir bieten dir eine Vollzeitstelle mit 38,5 Wochenstunden und flexibler Arbeitszeit im Rahmen einer Gleitzeitvereinbarung. Dich erwarten gute Entwicklungs- und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten in einem engagierten Team. Das Mindestgehalt liegt bei brutto € 3.000 pro Monat. Die Entlohnung erfolgt individuell nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
