Onze klant is een snelgroeiend en dynamisch uitzendkantoor dat zowel de uitzendkrachten, maar ook onze eigen medewerker op nummer 1 zet. Onze klant is afgelopen jaren mooi gegroeid dankzij de duurzame relaties met zowel onze uitzendkrachten alsook onze eigen medewerkers. We geloven in een nauwe samenwerking met respect voor elkaar. Op deze manier heeft onze klant afgelopen jaren meerdere kantoren kunnen openen. En om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zoeken wij een gedreven, enthousiaste en klantgerichte recruiter / planner die ons team versterkt.

Jouw taken

Als recruiter / planner ben jij enerzijds de schakel tussen werkzoekenden en bedrijven en anderzijds sta je mee in voor de planning van de uitzendkrachten bij onze klant. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Actief zoeken en screenen van kandidaten via diverse kanalen (database, jobboards, sociale media, etc.)
  • Voeren van intakegesprekken om talent, ervaring en ambities in kaart te brengen
  • Matchen van kandidaten met passende vacatures en bedrijven
  • Proactief benaderen van bedrijven en hen ondersteunen bij hun personeelsbehoeften
  • Voorstellen van geschikte kandidaten en organiseren van sollicitatiegesprekken
  • Correcte ingave en opvolging van klant- en kandidaatdossiers
  • Opstellen en publiceren van aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten
  • Samen met de klant de dagelijkse planning opstellen en ondersteuning bieden op het gebied van planning bij de klant in-house

Je versterkt het top team van Herentals

  • Je bent een sociaal iemand die van communicatie houdt
  • Werk je resultaatgericht en streef je naar succesvolle matches
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Kan je zowel zelfstandig als in team werken
  • Heb je een diploma secundair onderwijs (A2), bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Spreek en schrijf je vloeiend Nederlands, Engels is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt ervaring in het zoeken naar de juiste profielen en tevens ervaring in planning
