Van Chemelot tot de foodgiganten in de regio: bedrijven zoeken continu naar technisch talent, en dat begint bij goed recruitment. Ons team in Eindhoven groeit, en we zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die daaraan wil bijdragen. Je start bij Processionals aan de recruitmentkant. Dat betekent: actief sourcen op LinkedIn, je eigen database opbouwen en inzetten, kandidaten spreken en de beste match maken tussen talent en onze opdrachtgevers. Je leert het vak van binnenuit, bouwt een netwerk op in de procesindustrie en ontwikkelt het gevoel voor wat een goede kandidaat écht drijft. Na ongeveer een jaar zet je de volgende stap: je groeit door naar een 360-gradenrol. Vanaf dat moment bouw je ook je eigen klantenportefeuille op, ga je zelf acquireren en word je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige cyclus van opdracht tot plaatsing. Je eigen business, met het team achter je. Wat wij vragen Heb jij zin om ons succes verder uit te bouwen? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou.
