Als Recruitment Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces voor een aantal vaste klanten en vacatures. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste kandidaten op de juiste plaats terechtkomen.

Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en verdiept je in de verschillende functies, bedrijven en profielen waarvoor je rekruteert. Van het scherpstellen van de vacature tot het interviewen en voorstellen van kandidaten: jij begeleidt kandidaten doorheen het volledige selectieproces.

  • Je verdiept je in de vacatures en functieprofielen waarvoor je rekruteert en denkt mee na over de ideale kandidaat.
  • Je schrijft aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten en beheert de binnenkomende sollicitaties.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar geschikte kandidaten via verschillende kanalen, zoals LinkedIn, jobboards, databases en je eigen netwerk.
  • Je benadert potentiële kandidaten en weet hen enthousiast te maken over interessante carrièremogelijkheden.
  • Je voert diepgaande interviews en beoordeelt kandidaten op basis van hun ervaring, competenties en persoonlijkheid.
  • Je begeleidt kandidaten doorheen het volledige selectieproces en zorgt voor een professionele en persoonlijke candidate experience.
  • Je stelt kandidaatrapporten op en stelt kandidaten voor aan de klant.
  • Je volgt kandidaten op tijdens en na het selectieproces.
  • Je bouwt een sterk netwerk van kandidaten uit en onderhoudt duurzame relaties met talent in jouw vakgebied.

Om ons team te versterken, zoeken we iemand die:

  • Minstens 2 à 4 jaar ervaring heeft binnen recruitment, werving & selectie of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Een sterke interesse heeft in mensen en energie krijgt van het vinden van de juiste match tussen kandidaat en organisatie.
  • Communicatief sterk is en vlot contacten legt met verschillende profielen.
  • Gestructureerd en nauwkeurig werkt en meerdere vacatures tegelijkertijd kan opvolgen.
  • Proactief en resultaatgericht is en niet afwacht tot de juiste kandidaat spontaan solliciteert.
  • Veerkrachtig is en steeds vooruit kijkt.
  • Nieuwsgierig, optimistisch, vastberaden en veerkrachtig is en uitdagingen niet uit de weg gaat.
