The posting

Konvert est à la recherche d'un recruteur pour un groupe de magasins situés à Mouscron, La Panne et Eeklo.

En tant que Recruteur / Recruteuse, vous êtes responsable de l'ensemble du processus de recrutement au sein des trois sites. Vos principales missions sont notamment :

  • Rechercher activement des candidats adéquats via différentes plateformes d'emploi et autres canaux de recrutement.
  • Gérer et publier les offres d'emploi ouvertes.
  • Être présent(e) chaque semaine sur des sites de Mouscron, La Panne et Eeklo (un jour par semaine sur chaque site).
  • Assurer un contact quotidien avec les partenaires d'intérim.
  • Réaliser les premiers entretiens de présélection avec les candidats.
  • Établir et gérer les plannings d'entretiens et d'intégration.
  • Accueillir et accompagner les nouveaux collaborateurs lors de leur onboarding.
  • Assurer le suivi des évaluations internes des travailleurs intérimaires.
  • Reporter au HR Manager.
  • Vous disposez d'un diplôme de bachelier.
  • Vous avez une expérience en recrutement et sélection de profils variés.
  • Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue français-néerlandais.
  • Vous travaillez avec précision, structure et fiabilité.
  • Vous possédez de solides compétences organisationnelles et un esprit analytique.
  • Vous communiquez aisément avec différents interlocuteurs.
  • Vous êtes flexible et ne vous limitez pas à une mentalité « 9 h à 17 h ».
  • Vous êtes dynamique, proactif(ve) et orienté(e) résultats.
