Functie

Voor een klant, actief binnen facility management is Vivaldis op zoek naar een Regeltechnieker.

Als regeltechnieker sta je in voor de inbedrijfstelling en optimalisatie van HVAC-installaties binnen uiteenlopende technische omgevingen. Je werkt in een gespecialiseerd commissioning-team en draagt bij aan veilige, performante en energie-efficiënte installaties.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Voorbereiden, coördineren en uitvoeren van de inbedrijfstelling van installaties
  • Opstellen van commissioning-plannen, testprotocollen en procedures
  • Inspecteren en controleren van installaties vóór opstart
  • Uitvoeren van functionele en performance testen
  • Registreren en rapporteren van testresultaten, afwijkingen en verbeterpunten
  • Controleren van installaties op conformiteit met P&ID-schema’s en materiaalvereisten
  • Meten en afstellen van lucht- en waterdebieten
  • Interventies uitvoeren bij storingen op bestaande installaties
  • Coördineren met leveranciers, onderaannemers en interne projectteams
  • Waken over naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften (HSE/QHSE)

Je krijgt de kans om je verder te verdiepen in HVAC-regeltechniek en door te groeien binnen een technisch sterke en gestructureerde omgeving.

Profiel

Wie zoeken we:

  • Een Professionele Bachelor in een technische richting (bij voorkeur elektromechanica, klimatisatie of energietechnologie) of relevante ervaring
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige technische functie
  • Brede kennis van HVAC-systemen en regeltechniek
  • In het bezit van een VCA-attest
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte ingesteldheid

Daarnaast ben je:

  • Analytisch en probleemoplossend sterk
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel bij technische uitdagingen
  • Proactief en nauwkeurig
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken én vlot samen te werken met andere teams

Je werkt voltijds en bent bereid je te verplaatsen naar verschillende werven indien nodig.
