Als Regional Account Representative combineer je commerciële slagkracht met een passie voor de horeca. Jij ontwikkelt en beheert het klantenportfolio in jouw regio, van horecazaken tot bierhandelaars. Met jouw ondernemende aanpak en kennis van de markt breng je onze merken zichtbaar en overtuigend onder de aandacht.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren en uitbouwen van bestaande klanten en contracten.
  • Onderhandelen over nieuwe samenwerkingen en verlengingen.
  • Zorgen voor correcte opvolging en uitvoering van gemaakte afspraken.
  • Commerciële begeleiding van bierhandelaars om verkoop en assortiment te maximaliseren.
  • Analyseren van verkoopcijfers en performance van klanten, en daar acties op ondernemen.
  • Voorbereiden van business proposals en rentabiliteitsberekeningen.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van onze brouwerij op beurzen en events.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk netwerk in de horeca en daarbuiten.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen de FMCG of horeca.
  • Je hebt passie voor de horecasector.
  • Je bent een geboren netwerker en sterk in onderhandelen.
  • Prospecteren en op zoek gaan naar nieuwe partners is iets waar je energie van krijgt.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kunt data vertalen naar concrete acties.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, resultaatgericht en ondernemend.
  • Je bent vlot in Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt kennis van CRM en Office 365.
  • Rijbewijs B is een must, je bent veel onderweg.
  • Je bent woonachtig in (de regio) Antwerpen en kent deze regio goed.
