Wir sind in einem sehr dynamischen Markt auf starkem Wachstumskurs und suchen deshalb zur Verstärkung unseres Teams 1 Regionaler Vertriebsprofi (w/m/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

* Aktive Gestaltung und Ausbau unseres Kundenstamms durch eigenständigen Aufbau neuer B2B-Kunden in deinem Vertriebsgebiet

* Identifizieren, ansprechen und gewinnen deines eigenen regionalen Kundenportfolios und Vorantreiben von Wachstum sowie der Erschließung neuer Marktpotenziale

* Du verantwortest deine Umsatz- und Wachstumsziele eigenständig und profitierst direkt von deinen Vertriebserfolgen

* Du analysierst deine Vertriebsaktivitäten kontinuierlich, optimierst deine Vorgehensweise und stehst im engen Austausch mit der Vertriebsleitung

* Repräsentation unseres Unternehmens u.a. auf Messen und Veranstaltungen und Knüpfung wertvoller neuer Geschäftskontakte

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Hintergrund oder technische Ausbildung mit hoher Vertriebs-Affinität

* Vertriebserfahrung mit technisch erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten (idealerweise HLK) von Vorteil

* Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Verantwortungsgebiets

* Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Verantwortungsbewusst, belastbar und zuverlässig

* Unternehmerisch denkend, überzeugendes Auftreten

* Teamfähig und kooperativ

* Führerschein Klasse B
