Die Psychosoziale Zentren gGmbH (PSZ gGmbH) ist mit 30 Standorten und rund 500 Mitarbeiter*innen einer der größten Träger Niederösterreichs im psychosozialen Bereich. Unsere Aufgabe ist die extramurale Beratung, Betreuung und Behandlung von Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen.

Die Suchtberatung der PSZ gGmbH hat 8 Standorte in Niederösterreich. Zielgruppe sind Personen, die eine Abhängigkeit von Substanzen (legal oder illegal) bereits entwickelt haben oder abhängigkeitsgefährdet sind, sowie deren Angehörige.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine*n 1 Regionalleitung Suchtberatung (m/w/d) 10h / Woche

regionale Zuständigkeit nach Vereinbarung

Aufgabenbereiche

* Bearbeitung von Klient*innenanfragen sowie Führung von Krisen- und Klärungsgesprächen

* Personalführung (Teamführung und -entwicklung) und Steuerung von Personalprozessen (Urlaub, Zeiterfassung, Fortbildungen, Supervisionen)

* Verantwortung für Recruiting, Personalauswahl und Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter*innen

* Vernetzung auf Leitungsebene sowie Zusammenarbeit und Austausch in Teamsitzungen

* administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten inkl. Protokollführung, E-Mail-Korrespondenz, Abstimmung mit der Zentrale sowie arbeitsrechtliche Abklärungen

Anforderungsprofil

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im psychosozialen Bereich (z.B. Soziale Arbeit) und umfassende Berufserfahrung im Suchtbereich

* selbständige Arbeitsweise, hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und hohe Motivation

* Führungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke

* Mobilität (Führerschein B und eigener PKW)

* Bezahlung nach SWÖ-KV. Abhängig von den Vordienstzeiten wird ein Bruttomonatsgehalt von mind. € 4.163,56 bezahlt (37h / Woche, mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, inkl. Zulagen).
