Ihre Aufgaben - mit Verantwortung & Gestaltungsspielraum:

* Führung & Entwicklung eines erfahrenen Außendienst-(4 Personen) und Innendienst-Team (2 Personen) - fachlich & disziplinär

* Steuerung & Weiterentwicklung der Verkaufsaktivitäten in Wien, Teilen Niederösterreichs & Burgenlands

* Aktiver Verkauf & Kundenbindung - vom Erstkontakt bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss

* Coaching & Motivation Ihres Teams - Sie erkennen Potenziale und setzen gezielte Maßnahmen

* Markenbotschafter:in für Resch&Frisch - mit Überzeugung, Herz und Handschlagqualität

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Mehrjährige Verkaufserfahrung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie

* Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, Menschen zu entwickeln und zu begeistern

* Starkes Netzwerk in der regionalen Gastronomie & Hotellerie

* Wohnort im Raum Wien (nördlich von Wien von Vorteil - Standort liegt in Wolkersdorf)

* Hands-on-Mentalität, Abschlussstärke und unternehmerisches Denken

* Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und ein sicheres Auftreten
