Het team in kantoor Kortrijk zoekt een enthousiaste Relatiebeheer ondernemers met een hart voor professionelen, die begaan is met de bescherming en groei van hun vermogen.

Jouw nieuwe functie Als Relatiebeheerder ondernemers investeer je in de vertrouwensband met succesvolle ondernemers, zodat zij met een gerust hart hun beleggingen en bancaire vragen aan jou kunnen overlaten. Hiervoor zal je proactief contacten leggen met ondernemers binnen jouw werkgebied. Met jouw doelgerichte aanpak zorg je voor de verdere uitbouw van jouw klantenportefeuille. Je helpt jouw klanten om hun vermogen te doen groeien, en beheert en beschermt hun beleggingsportefeuille. Belangrijk hierbij is de goesting hebben om de ondernemer achter de cijfers te leren kennen en duurzame klantenrelaties op lange termijn uit te bouwen, waarbij het juiste financieel advies bieden centraal staat.

Jouw profiel

  • Hoger diploma in een economische / financiële richting
  • Ervaring in een bankomgeving of finance is een troef. Interesse in de boeiende wereld van ondernemers is een vereiste
  • In het bezit van de FSMA attesten of bereid deze te behalen
  • Bereid zijn om je expertise als vermogenspartner doorheen je loopbaan verder te ontwikkelen
  • Focus op de regio rond Kortrijk (lokale verankering) om daar langdurige klantenrelaties op te bouwen
  • Sterk in connecteren met klanten, behoeftes en noden herkennen, neus voor zakelijke opportuniteiten, initiatiefrijke en gedreven mindset, overtuigingskracht om klanten en collega's over de streep te trekken, inlevingsvermogen, empathische communicatie
