Je werkt in het RE-team van 13 collega's en samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de installaties van Nyrstar zo betrouwbaar mogelijk zijn en aan de wettelijke eisen blijven voldoen. Dit doe je voornamelijk door analyses, maar ondersteuning bij trouble shooting hoort hier regelmatig ook bij. Een terugkerende storing zie jij als een mogelijkheid om verder te denken: zou dit probleem ook elders kunnen ontstaan en hoe kan ik er voor zorgen dat dit niet gebeurt? Hoe zorgen we dat de gevolgen minimaal zijn? Dit zijn interessante vraagstukken waar jij graag je hoofd over breekt. Je vindt het leuk om met veel verschillende personen en disciplines contact te hebben. Een vertegenwoordiger, monteur, onderhoudschef of manager, met iedereen kun je even gemakkelijk van gedachten wisselen om de benodigde informatie te krijgen of te geven, zowel technisch als operationeel. Daarnaast ben jij ook nauwkeurig, want het opzetten en verbeteren van SAP onderhoudsstrategieën , data-analyse, en het uitvoeren van FMECA studies behoort tot jouw takenpakket.
