Elektrische maintenance die nog verder te structureren valt. En jij die bepaalt hoe het slimmer, veiliger en betrouwbaarder wordt. Als Reliability Engineer E&I werk je via Orcatech bij SEKISUI ALVEO in Roermond, Midden-Limburg. Je krijgt de ruimte om de elektrische maintenance in een technisch complexe productieomgeving verder op te bouwen en te professionaliseren. Zo groei je als Smart Tech Engineer door in vakmanschap, eigenaarschap en denkkracht. Functie SEKISUI ALVEO in Roermond ontwikkelt en produceert polyolefine foamproducten voor onder andere de automotive, medische en industriële sector. Op de locatie werken ruim 350 medewerkers, en productie en maintenance staan er nadrukkelijk naast elkaar: technische betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en continu verbeteren zijn een gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid. SEKISUI ALVEO is onderdeel van het Japanse SEKISUI Chemical Co. en werkt nauw samen met een zusterfabriek in Duitsland, Europese verkoopkantoren en het hoofdkantoor in Zwitserland. Als Reliability Engineer E&I maak je deel uit van het Maintenance team en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Manager Maintenance. Je bent niet degene die alleen reageert als een installatie stilvalt. Jij kijkt vooruit: hoe richten we preventief onderhoud in, welke risico's zien we, waar ontstaan structurele storingen en hoe blijven elektrische installaties aantoonbaar veilig en betrouwbaar? Je bent in dienst bij Orcatech en gedetacheerd bij SEKISUI ALVEO, en ook daar denkt je Orcatech-team mee, helpt het je en houdt het je scherp. Wat je concreet doet: - De betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid, onderhoudbaarheid en veiligheid van installaties verbeteren; - Monteurs ondersteunen bij complexe elektrotechnische storingen; - Technische scopes opstellen voor complexe onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Elektrische en instrumen...
