The posting

Voor een langdurige freelance opdracht binnen een industriële productieomgeving zoeken we een ervaren Reliability / Maintenance Engineer.

Binnen deze rol ligt de focus op het analyseren en structureel reduceren van productie-verliezen, ongeplande stilstanden en technische inefficiënties. Je werkt nauw samen met maintenance, operations, productie en engineering om bottlenecks bloot te leggen en duurzame verbeteringen te implementeren.

Je krijgt een sleutelrol in het opbouwen van data, analyses en een structurele reliability-aanpak op equipment niveau.

Functieomschrijving

  • Analyse van OEE, Downtime, Production Losses en Unplanned Stops
  • Uitwerken van RCA’s (Root Cause Analyses) en structurele verbeteracties
  • Reduceren van Scrap, Waste en technische verliezen binnen productie-installaties
  • Detecteren en elimineren van Bottlenecks binnen productieprocessen
  • Opstellen van een duidelijke Loss Tree Structure / boomstructuur van verliezen
  • Uitbouwen van een technische Data Legacy en reliability database
  • Analyse uitvoeren tot op Equipment Level, Machine Level en Unit Level
  • Verwerken en structureren van technische data binnen SAP
  • Optimaliseren van Asset Reliability, Equipment Performance en Plant Availability
  • Samenwerken met Operations, Maintenance, Process Engineering en Production
  • Definiëren en opvolgen van KPI’s rond betrouwbaarheid, performantie en beschikbaarheid
  • Ondersteunen van Continuous Improvement initiatieven binnen de plant
  • Opzetten van data-driven verbeterprojecten rond maintenance & reliability
  • Bachelor of Master in Elektromechanica, Mechanical Engineering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring binnen Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering of Operational Excellence
  • Sterke kennis van OEE, RCA, Downtime Analysis, Failure Analysis en reliability principes
  • Ervaring met SAP, technische data-analyse en maintenance systemen
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en in staat om problemen tot in detail / _oot cause niveau te analyseren
  • Ervaring binnen industriële productie-, proces- of maakomgevingen
  • Hands-on mentaliteit met sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholder management
  • Affiniteit met Asset Performance, Maintenance Optimization en Data-Driven Improvement
