Reliability Ingenieur Als Reliability Ingenieur ben jij mee verantwoordelijk voor het garanderen en verbeteren van de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van machines en installaties. Je ondersteunt de operationele teams bij het optimaliseren van onderhoudsmethodes en processen, zodat onderhoudswerkzaamheden gestructureerd, efficiënt en betrouwbaar worden uitgevoerd.

Je combineert technische kennis met een analytische en praktische aanpak. Je analyseert gegevens, zoekt naar oorzaken van storingen en denkt mee over oplossingen en verbeteringen. Zo draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de prestaties, veiligheid en beschikbaarheid van onze installaties.

Ook schoolverlaters met een technische opleiding zijn welkom. Je hoeft niet over jarenlange ervaring te beschikken. We vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je technisch geïnteresseerd bent, analytisch denkt, graag bijleert en samen met collega's naar praktische oplossingen zoekt. Ervaring met onderhoud, CMMS, data-analyse of verbetertechnieken is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

Jouw taken Onderhoudsplannen ontwikkelen en beheren

Opstellen, uitwerken en continu optimaliseren van onderhoudsplannen Invoeren en beheren van onderhoudstaken in het CMMS-systeem Meewerken aan het verbeteren van onderhoudsmethodes en -processen Data-analyse en rapportering

Analyseren en interpreteren van CMMS- en exploitatiegegevens Identificeren en onderzoeken van oorzaken van storingen en verminderde machinebetrouwbaarheid Ontwikkelen en gebruiken van tools en macro's voor diepgaandere analyses Rapporteren van bevindingen en formuleren van adviezen voor interne stakeholders en klanten Continu verbeteren & digitaliseren

Uitvoeren van audits en meewerken aan de implementatie van verbetervoorstellen Toepassen en verder leren werken met methodieken zoals 5S, AMDEC (FMEA) en PDCA Deelnemen aan verbeterprojecten rond methodiek, techniek, organisatie en veiligheid Meedenken over digitalisering en efficiëntere manieren van werken CMMS & stockbeheer

Zorgen voor een correcte configuratie en goede datakwaliteit binnen het CMMS Analyseren van voorraadrotatie en ondersteunen van het stockbeheer Correct invoeren van stockdata bij de opstart van nieuwe onderhoudscontracten Beheren en actualiseren van de machinestructuur (boomstructuur) in het CMMS Kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu

Werken volgens de geldende kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieuprocedures Actief bijdragen aan een veilige en kwaliteitsvolle werkomgeving

Je hebt een technische bachelor- of masteropleiding afgerond, of staat op het punt deze af te ronden Schoolverlaters zijn zeker welkom Je bent analytisch ingesteld en hebt interesse in techniek en onderhoud Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd Je hebt interesse in data-analyse en procesverbetering Je bent leergierig en neemt graag initiatief Je werkt graag samen met verschillende teams en stakeholders Kennis van CMMS, Excel, macro's, 5S, AMDEC/FMEA of PDCA is een pluspunt, maar kan ook aangeleerd worden Je hebt een pragmatische ingesteldheid en zoekt graag naar haalbare oplossingen

Kortom: we zoeken niet alleen iemand met ervaring, maar vooral iemand met technisch inzicht, een analytische mindset en de motivatie om zich verder te ontwikkelen als Reliability Ingenieur.
