Of het nu gaat over een verzekering, een repatriëring, nabestaandenzorg of de uitvaart zelf, mensen ontzorgen in één van de moeilijkste momenten van hun leven. Dat is wat onze job zinvol maakt en ons de energie geeft om er altijd te staan als één team.

Ter uitbreiding van het team Repatriations in Zaventem, zoeken we een Repatriations Commercial and Offering Manager.

Jouw uitdaging:

Als Repatriations Commercial and Offering Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de groei van onze repatriëringsactiviteiten en maak je het verschil in een sector waar menselijkheid centraal staat.

Wat je doet als Repatriations Commercial and Offering Manager bij DELA

Elke werkdag bij DELA draait om betekenisvol contact. In deze rol komt het erop aan om:

  • een sterk (internationaal) netwerk uit te bouwen en te onderhouden.
  • actief contacten te leggen en duurzame relaties uit te bouwen met onder andere uitvaartondernemers, ambassades, consulaten, luchtvaartmaatschappijen, verzekeraars en andere internationale netwerken. Tegelijk detecteer je nieuwe opportuniteiten en vertaal je die naar concrete commerciële voorstellen en samenwerkingen.
  • offertes en prijsvoorstellen op te stellen, dossiers op te volgen en te zorgen voor een professionele dienstverlening richting partners. Met jouw marktinzicht en commerciële drive draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de verdere groei van de repatriëringsactiviteiten.
  • DELA Repatriations te vertegenwoordigen op relevante evenementen en actief mee te bouwen aan onze nationale en internationale reputatie.
  • marktontwikkelingen en trends actief op te volgen, nieuwe behoeften te detecteren en deze te vertalen naar innovatieve proposities en diensten die bijdragen aan de verdere groei van DELA Repatriations.
  • nauw samen te werken met interne stakeholders zoals Product and Pricing en de collega’s van de Business Unit Funerals. Samen ontwikkelen en optimaliseren jullie het aanbod, afgestemd op de noden van de markt en de partners.
  • impact te maken door het uitbouwen van sterke B2B relaties, het identificeren en realiseren van commerciële opportuniteiten, een actieve bijdrage te leveren aan nieuwe proposities en prijszetting en het versterken van de internationale positie van onze organisatie.

Wie jij bent (en wat jij meebrengt) Volgende troeven zoeken we in jou:

  • Bachelor- of masterniveau aangevuld met een 10 tal jaren relevante ervaring in sales en/ of uitvaart
  • Ervaring in relatiebeheer of accountmanagement, idealiter binnen zorg, dienstverlening, logistiek of internationale sectoren
  • Kennis van internationale documentstromen (zoals visa, overbrengingsdocumentatie, luchtvrachtprocedures) is een belangrijke pré
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands, Frans en Engels is gewenst, elke bijkomende taal is een troef
  • Gedegen kennis van uitvaartprocessen, diensten en producten
  • Adequaat kunnen omgaan met verschillende culturen en godsdiensten
  • Kennis om financiële gegevens te kunnen interpreteren
  • Kennis van relevante lokale en nationale wetgeving
  • Kennis van interne procedures (administratie, HR, …)
