Vous êtes dynamique, à l'aise dans les relations humaines et souhaitez exercer un métier qui a du sens ? Vous aimez le contact avec les professionnels de santé, le travail de terrain et le développement de nouvelles relations professionnelles ?

Nous recherchons un(e) Représentant(e) Médical(e) / Assistant(e) Social(e) dans le cadre d'un contrat CIP, afin de développer la visibilité et la collaboration autour de nos services d'infirmiers et de soins à domicile.

🏥 Votre mission

Votre rôle sera essentiel dans le développement et le renforcement de notre réseau de partenaires.

Vous serez principalement chargé(e) de représenter notre structure auprès de :

  • 🏥 Hôpitaux et services hospitaliers
  • 👨¿¿¿ Médecins généralistes et spécialistes
  • 🤝 Assistants sociaux et services sociaux hospitaliers
  • 🏢 Autres acteurs du secteur médico-social

Vos responsabilités

Développement du réseau professionnel

  • Présenter nos services de soins infirmiers à domicile aux professionnels de santé.
  • Identifier les établissements, médecins et services sociaux susceptibles de collaborer avec nous.
  • Développer et entretenir un réseau de contacts professionnels dans le secteur médical et social.
  • Organiser des rendez-vous et des visites auprès des différents partenaires.
  • Assurer un suivi régulier des contacts et des collaborations.

👤 Le profil que nous recherchons

Nous recherchons une personne autonome, motivée, organisée et dotée d'un excellent relationnel.

Une expérience ou une formation dans l'un des domaines suivants constitue un sérieux avantage :

  • Assistance sociale
  • Relations commerciales dans le secteur de la santé
  • Communication / représentation médicale
  • Gestion ou développement de réseau professionnel

Une première expérience dans le secteur médical ou social est un atout, mais la motivation et les qualités humaines seront déterminantes.
