Hier zal je instaan voor de dagelijkse kwaliteitsopvolging van verschillende goederen. Een goede opvolging van de kwaliteit van de opgeslagen goederen is essentieel om steeds een uitstekende klanten- service te kunnen bieden.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je monitort continue de kwaliteit van de goederen in onze magazijnen (zowel op linker– als op rechteroever) door middel van staalnames, gerichte controles en registratie van data in de magazijnen.
  • Je observeert, registreert en rapporteert dagelijks de staat en kwaliteit van de verschillende goederen aan de klant en andere stakeholders.
  • Je zal instaan als het aanspreekpunt van de klant inzake kwaliteit van de goederen. Je bespreekt de nodige acties zowel intern als extern.
  • Je bereidt klantenbezoeken voor en begeleidt de klant tijdens deze kwaliteitsinspecties of andere klantgebonden activiteiten.
  • Je staat in voor een correcte analyse en rapportage tegenover onze directie, stakeholders en klanten.

Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand die als flexibele teamplayer kan optreden. Onze ideale kandidaat is communicatief, klantgericht en heeft een hands-on mentaliteit. Je bent als persoon nauwgezet, gestructureerd en werkt zelfstandig, dit in overleg met de leidinggevende van het departement.

Je beschikt ook over:

  • kennis van of affiniteit met de Haven van Antwerpen & de logistieke wereld in het algemeen.
  • een goede kennis Microsoft Office toepassingen (Excel, Word, Outlook, ...)
  • een rijbewijs B.
  • een perfect gebruik van de Nederlandse taal, alsook een goede kennis Engels
