Als Teil Österreichs größter Tourismusgruppe, dem VERKEHRSBUERO, zeichnet sich die Unternehmenskultur d... 1 Reservations Manager (m/w/d) DEINE ROLLE In dieser spannenden Funktion bist Du im Central Reservations Team der VERKEHRSBUERO HOSPITALITY mit den Marken Spark by Hilton, Accor, Marriott sowie Austria Trend Hotel betraut und sorgst für ein erstklassiges Buchungserlebnis unserer Gäste und führst dein eigenes Team innerhalb der Zentralen Reservierung.

* Berichterstattung an Head of CERES * Professioneller Zimmerverkauf an Firmen, Reisebüros und Privatkund:innen * Telefonische und schriftliche Gästebetreuung inkl. aktivem Up- & Cross-Selling sowie Gutscheinverkauf * Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen und effizienten Abwicklung aller Reservierungen sowie Pflege und Kontrolle der Kunden- und Reservierungsdaten inklusive Guest History * Erstellung von Offerten und Verträgen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Revenue- und Sales-Teams zur Erreichung der Budgetziele * Behandlung von Corporate Gruppen, Meetinganfragen, Seriengruppen und Vertragskoordination sowie Bearbeitung von Mitarbeiter- und Family & Friends-Anfragen * Ansprechperson für Kongresse & Großveranstaltungen * Sicherstellung der täglichen/wöchentlichen/monatlichen Checklisten

DEINE STÄRKEN * Abgeschlossene hotelspezifische bzw. touristische Ausbildung * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Reservierung oder Front Office, idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung * Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Reservierungssystemen (Protel, OnQ/R&I, Opera V5/ Opera Cloud) von Vorteil * Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und Mitarbeiter:innen sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke * Strukturierte, selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Organisationstalent mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität * Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit * C Niveau Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Für die Position als Reservations Manager (m/w/d) gilt ein KV-Mindestgrundgehalt von € 2.492 brutto monatlich. Natürlich honorieren wir Berufserfahrung und Qualifikationen, sodass Du mit einer entsprechenden Überzahlung Dein Bruttogehalt auf € 2.900 erhöhen kannst.
