Deine Aufgaben

Operative Verantwortung

* Leitung und Organisation der Reservierungsabteilung

* Sicherstellung einer professionellen, serviceorientierten Gästekommunikation (Telefon, E-Mail, OTA, GDS)

* Kontrolle und Bearbeitung von Individual- und Gruppenreservierungen

* Sicherstellung einer optimalen Auslastung unter Berücksichtigung der Preisstrategie

* Pflege und Kontrolle der Buchungssysteme (PMS, Channel Manager, CRS)

Revenue- und Vertriebsorientierung

* Aktive Mitgestaltung der Preis- und Verkaufsstrategie in Abstimmung mit Revenue Management

* Monitoring von Belegung, Pick-up, Forecast und Marktsegmenten

* Umsetzung von Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Maßnahmen

* Kontrolle von Ratenparität und OTA-Performance

Qualitäts- & Prozessmanagement

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von 5-Sterne-Standards in Kommunikation und Angebotslegung

* Entwicklung und Optimierung von Reservierungsprozessen

* Schulung und Weiterentwicklung des Reservierungsteams

* Erstellung von Reports und Kennzahlenanalysen für die Direktion

Schnittstellenmanagement

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Front Office, Sales, Marketing, Spa und F&B

* Unterstützung bei Gruppenanfragen und Events

* Beschwerdemanagement im Bereich Reservierung
