Notre client est un acteur reconnu du secteur automobile premium, actif à travers plusieurs concessions en Belgique et rattaché à un groupe d'envergure internationale. Dans un secteur en pleine transformation, digitalisation des process, exigences réglementaires croissantes, l'entreprise souhaite renforcer sa fonction comptable pour accompagner sa croissance.

Votre rôle

En tant que Responsable Comptable, vous prenez la responsabilité complète du département comptable, avec un double enjeu : garantir la fiabilité des comptes au quotidien et impulser une dynamique de modernisation et de structuration des process.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Garantir la fiabilité et la conformité comptable de l'ensemble des sites, dans le respect des normes belges et des obligations fiscales (TVA, ISOC).
  • Piloter les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles, en assurant le respect des délais et la qualité des données transmises.
  • Encadrer et faire grandir une équipe d'une dizaine de comptables, en fédérant des profils aux profils et ancienneté variés autour d'objectifs communs.
  • Moderniser et automatiser les process comptables existants, en s'appuyant sur les outils digitaux et de reporting disponibles (ERP, BI).
  • Assurer un rôle d'interlocuteur financier privilégié auprès de la Direction, à travers un reporting fiable et des analyses actionnables.
  • Coordonner les relations avec les auditeurs externes et partenaires financiers (banques, partenaires de financement).

Ce poste convient à un profil qui souhaite conjuguer expertise technique, leadership humain et vision d'amélioration continue, dans un environnement où l'autonomie est réelle.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 10 ans en comptabilité, dont au moins 3 ans dans une fonction d'encadrement.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bachelier ou Master en Comptabilité, Finance ou Sciences économiques.
  • Vous êtes bilingue français-néerlandais, l'anglais est un plus.
  • Vous avez un leadership positif et savez fédérer une équipe aux profils variés sans imposer, tout en maintenant des standards de qualité élevés.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se), orienté(e) résultats et à l'aise pour gérer les priorités dans un environnement multi-sites.
  • Vous avez le sens de l'initiative et aimez proposer des améliorations concrètes.
  • Une expérience dans un secteur retail, avec gestion de stocks serait un sérieux atout.
