Imaginez : un café le matin avec vue sur les forêts, des vacanciers ravis parce qu’ils se sentent véritablement les bienvenus grâce à vous, et un lieu de travail où aucune journée ne se ressemble. Pour l’un de nos campings Floreal Holidays dans les Ardennes, nous recherchons un(e) responsable de camping dynamique qui prendra en charge, avec nous, la gestion quotidienne du camping de A à Z. Ce poste n’est pas un emploi de neuf à cinq, mais une manière de travailler qui convient parfaitement à ceux qui aiment l’hospitalité, l’action et les responsabilités.

Ce que vous faites chez nous — de A à Z

  • Accueil & réception : check-in et check-out, gestion des réservations, suivi des appels téléphoniques et des e-mails, accueil et accompagnement des vacanciers, gestion de la caisse et clôture de la journée.
  • Sanitaires & propreté : veiller quotidiennement à la propreté et à l’excellent état des blocs sanitaires : nettoyage, réapprovisionnement et contrôle. Des sanitaires impeccables sont la vitrine d’un camping, et vous en êtes responsable.
  • Entretien & terrain : assurer les petites interventions techniques, veiller à la propreté des emplacements et des espaces communs et avoir le souci du détail.
  • Expérience client : faire en sorte que chaque vacancier reparte satisfait et ait envie de revenir, en répondant rapidement et efficacement aux questions et aux réclamations.
  • Administration & comptabilité : assurer l’administration quotidienne, être en contact avec le service comptable et assurer le suivi des paiements des contrats annuels et des réservations.
  • Gestion quotidienne : planning, suivi du taux d’occupation, reporting et contacts avec les fournisseurs.
  • Vous êtes accueillant(e) et avez le sens de l’hospitalité.
  • Vous avez une expérience dans l’horeca, le tourisme ou le secteur du camping ; une expérience dans une fonction de management constitue un sérieux atout.
  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension des KPI, du taux d’occupation, du chiffre d’affaires et de la satisfaction client dans le secteur touristique.
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), autonome et résistant(e) au stress.
  • Vous avez une fibre commerciale et savez identifier les opportunités d’améliorer le chiffre d’affaires et l’expérience client.
  • Vous êtes un(e) leader naturel(le), capable de motiver, de coacher et d’encadrer une équipe.
  • Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en communication et savez interagir de manière professionnelle avec les clients, les collègues et les partenaires externes.
  • Vous êtes flexible et disponible, notamment les week-ends, les jours fériés et pendant les périodes de vacances chargées.
  • Vous avez un esprit pratique et n’hésitez pas à mettre la main à la pâte lorsque cela est nécessaire.
  • Vous êtes attentif(ve) à la qualité, à l’ordre, à la propreté et à la sécurité au sein du camping.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les systèmes digitaux et les outils administratifs.
  • Vous parlez et écrivez néerlandais, français et anglais.

Vous préférez travailler en couple ? Vous pouvez également gérer le camping en duo, à condition de vous compléter et de savoir travailler efficacement ensemble.
