Êtes-vous un leader né avec une passion pour le secteur alimentaire ? Vous souhaitez être responsable d'une ligne de production et n'avez pas peur de retrousser vos manches ? Alors, nous avons le défi qu'il vous faut !

Vos missions :

En tant que Responsable de Ligne, vous serez au cœur de la ligne de production. Vous serez responsable de la coordination quotidienne et de la gestion de votre équipe de 3 à 5 collaborateurs. Ensemble, vous vous assurerez que la production se déroule efficacement et que les objectifs sont atteints. Vous travaillerez activement sur la ligne et serez impliqué dans le traitement de la viande crue.

Vos tâches incluent :

  • Coordonner les activités de production quotidiennes et gérer votre équipe.
  • Travailler activement sur la ligne de production pour garantir la fluidité des processus.
  • Veiller à ce que les règles de sécurité et d’hygiène, essentielles dans le secteur alimentaire, soient respectées.
  • Maintenir l’ordre, la propreté et favoriser une collaboration optimale au sein de votre équipe.
  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans un environnement de production, de préférence dans le secteur alimentaire, et êtes prêt à travailler avec de la viande crue.
  • Vous possédez des compétences en gestion d’équipe et idéalement, une expérience dans la gestion d’une équipe.
  • Vous êtes prêt à travailler en système de deux équipes.
  • Vous êtes techniquement compétent et avez un fort sens des responsabilités.
  • Vous communiquez de manière claire et accordez une grande importance à la sécurité, l’ordre et la propreté.
