The posting

Pour une entreprise spécialisée dans la signalisation routière et la sécurité des infrastructures, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable de Production.

Dans cette fonction, vous combinez vos compétences techniques en électromécanique avec de solides aptitudes en gestion d'équipe. Vous êtes responsable de l'organisation et du suivi quotidien de la production et veillez à ce que les travaux soient réalisés de manière qualitative, efficace et dans les délais prévus.

Vous êtes le point de contact de l'équipe de production et collaborez étroitement avec les services techniques, la planification et la direction.

  • Vous encadrez et dirigez l'équipe de production au quotidien.
  • Vous répartissez les tâches et assurez le suivi de leur bonne exécution.
  • Vous suivez le planning de production et veillez au respect des délais.
  • Vous contrôlez la qualité des produits fabriqués.
  • Vous accompagnez les collaborateurs dans la résolution de problèmes techniques.
  • Vous veillez à une organisation efficace et sécurisée du travail.
  • Vous assurez le suivi technique de la fabrication et du montage des panneaux, signaux routiers et autres équipements de signalisation.
  • Vous intervenez dans l'analyse et la résolution des problèmes techniques et des éventuelles pannes.
  • Vous contrôlez la bonne réalisation des travaux d'assemblage et des installations électromécaniques.
  • Vous assurez une communication fluide entre la production et les autres services.
  • Vous participez activement à l'amélioration continue des processus de production.
  • Nous recherchons une personne qui possède de solides compétences techniques et de réelles qualités de leadership.
  • Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances techniques en électromécanique.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des panneaux, signaux routiers et équipements de signalisation.
  • Vous êtes capable de lire et de comprendre des plans techniques.
  • Vous savez analyser et résoudre des problèmes techniques.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement de production constitue un atout.
  • Vous possédez de bonnes compétences en gestion et en encadrement d'équipe.
  • Vous êtes capable de motiver, accompagner et responsabiliser vos collaborateurs.
  • Vous êtes une personne pratique, autonome et orientée solutions.
  • Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et de l'organisation.
  • Vous êtes précis(e) et avez le souci de la qualité.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'outil informatique et disposez de bonnes compétences en informatique.
