Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons aujourd’hui un(e) Responsable de Rayon Textile H/F/X pour piloter et animer notre espace de vente.

Vos Responsabilités Clés

En tant que Responsable de Rayon Textile, vous êtes garant(e) de la performance commerciale et de la qualité de présentation de votre rayon. Véritable manager de terrain, vous évoluez dans un environnement à très fort volume de marchandises, nécessitant une organisation rigoureuse et une grande réactivité.

Votre mission consiste à :

  • Piloter le rayon textile avec une présence terrain constante et opérationnelle.
  • Gérer des volumes importants de produits textiles au quotidien (réception, tri, cintrage, mise en rayon).
  • Superviser la gestion des flux entre les deux stocks et le rayon, afin d’assurer un réassort rapide, fluide et continu.
  • Garantir l’excellence du merchandising : respect strict des consignes Siège, implantations, densité produit et attractivité commerciale.
  • Organiser et prioriser les réassorts en fonction des ventes, des pics d’activité et des impératifs magasin.
  • Optimiser la gestion des stocks dans un contexte de rotation élevée des collections.
  • Analyser les performances du rayon et ajuster rapidement les actions (réimplantation, mise en avant, déstockage, prix ronds…).
  • Promouvoir les services magasin (listes de naissance, carte CLUB).

Management & Développement des équipes

  • Encadrer, animer et accompagner votre équipe au quotidien
  • Assurer l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
  • Mettre en place et suivre les plans de formation
  • Développer les compétences et assurer un suivi régulier des performances
  • Organiser et conduire des entretiens individuels (one-to-one) constructifs
  • Fédérer l’équipe autour des objectifs commerciaux et des valeurs Orchestra

Organisation & gestion opérationnelle

  • Planifier l’activité de l’équipe et garantir le bon déroulement des prestations
  • Veiller au respect des procédures internes

Gestion des stocks & approvisionnements

  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des stocks et des arrivages
  • Optimiser la disponibilité produit en rayon

Suivi administratif & performance

  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance
  • Assurer le reporting et la bonne gestion administrative de l’activité

Compétences et Qualifications Requises

Nous recherchons un profil expérimenté, capable de performer dans un environnement rythmé et exigeant.

  • Expérience indispensable dans la gestion de gros volumes en retail (textile).
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de rayon et en management d’équipe.
  • Excellente maîtrise des enjeux de logistique magasin et de flux de marchandises à forte rotation.
  • Forte sensibilité merchandising et capacité à maintenir des standards élevés malgré le volume.
  • Organisation irréprochable, sens des priorités et rapidité d’exécution.
  • Capacité à gérer la pression et les périodes de forte affluence.
  • Leadership de terrain, esprit d’équipe et exigence opérationnelle.
  • Orientation résultats et sens commercial développé.
  • Flexibilité horaire (du lundi au samedi).
  • Autonomie, proactivité et prise d’initiative.
