Je komt terecht in een hecht team met veel ervaring, dat er samen voor zorgt dat onze gasten een onvergetelijke ervaring beleven. Samen met je collegas ga je aan de slag in het mooie, schitterende hotel in Schiedam. Beschrijving Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit? Je begint de dag met een briefing met het team. Hier update jij je team over wat ze kunnen verwachten. Ondertussen heb jij de personeelsplanning al gemaakt en zorg je ervoor dat alle talenten optimaal worden benut. Tijdens de service loop je actief mee als meewerkend voorman en zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Aan het einde van de dienst zorg je voor het financile gedeelte van het restaurant, accordeer je de uren en sluit je alles netjes af na een welverdiend sluitdrankje. Wat ga je doen? ☆ Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en leiding van het bedienend personeel; ☆Je zal de werkprocessen en procedures evalueren en ervoor zorgen dat alles zo soepel mogelijk verloopt door middel van eventuele onvolkomenheden juist te analyseren; ☆Je gaat als supervisor aan de slag en zal daarom ook verantwoordelijk zijn voor het trainen en opleiden van het restaurant personeel; ☆Je houdt toezicht op de naleving van de voorschriften op het gebied van veiligheid, Arbo-, HACCP en werk- en presentatiemethoden.
