Das Refugium Hochstrass ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel für Seminare und Veranstaltungen wie Hochzeiten, Taufen, Geburtstags- und Firmenfeiern. Unsere Gäste schätzen unsere einzigartige Lage oben am Berg mit Stille und viel Natur.

Unser Hotel verfügt über 40 Zimmer mit 56 Betten und 8 Seminarräume.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 Restaurantfachmann/-frau in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit.

Für unser Weitblick-Restaurant suchen wir ab sofort eine/n leidenschaftliche/n Restaurantfachmitarbeiter/in der/die unsere Tages-, Seminar- sowie Hochzeitsgäste im Refugium Hochstrass verwöhnt!

Aufgaben die Sie meistern

* Liebe und Leidenschaft als Gastgeber_in

* Begrüßung, Platzierung und Gästebetreuung

* Durchführung des Mise en place und der Aufdeckarbeiten

* Bonieren und Erstellen von Rechnungen

* Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards

* Teamarbeit und ausgezeichnete Kommunikation innerhalb der Abteilung Service sowie Küche

* fachgerechte Vorbereitung für Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendservice

* Aneignung unserer div. Speisekarten und Verständnis der Gerichte

Qualitäten die Sie mitbringen

* Gäste- und serviceorientiertes Denken

* Selbstständiges qualitätsvolles Arbeiten

* Repräsentatives Auftreten

* Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft für Abend- und Wochenenddienste

* Gastronomische Ausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung im Service

* Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Eigener PKW zum Erreichen Ihres Arbeitsplatzes (leider keine öffentliche Anbindung)

Diese Position unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag Hotel- und Gastgewerbe, der derzeit € 2.237,- beträgt. KV-Überzahlungen erfolgen in Abhängigkeit von Ihrer Qualifikation. Es erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche und langfristige Tätigkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
