Die XXXLutz Gastronomie betreibt erfolgreich über 100 Restaurants in 7 Ländern.

Aufgaben

* Gesamtverantwortung für den operativen Ablauf des Restaurants

* Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams

* Wirtschaftliche Steuerung des Betriebs inkl. Analyse und Optimierung relevanter Kennzahlen

* Planung und Umsetzung verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen sowie Marketing- und Werbeaktionen

* Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts- und Servicestandards

* Aktive Mitarbeit im Service sowie Unterstützung in der Küche bei Bedarf

* Dienst- und Personaleinsatzplanung

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie

* Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Gästekontakt

* Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge

* Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sicheres, freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Hohe Service- und Kund_innenorientierung
