Wintersaisonzeiten - Dezember 26 bis April 27

Saisonstelle in Vollzeit

IHR PROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene Lehre oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Tourismus

* Berufs- und mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Hohe Gäste- und Dienstleistungsorientierung

* Fachwissen in der Weinberatung

* Gute Deutsch-/und Englischkenntnisse zur einwandfreien Kommunikation mit unseren Gästen

* Freundlichkeit, gute Umgangsformen und selbständiges Arbeiten schätzen wir sehr

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

Gesamtverantwortung: Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für den operativen Betrieb des Restaurants.

Mitarbeiterführung: Leitung, Motivation und Schulung des Serviceteams, inklusive Einsatzplanung und Kontrolle der Arbeitszeiten.

Kundenzufriedenheit: Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Gasterlebnisses durch persönliche Betreuung und Problemlösung bei Kundenbeschwerden.

Qualitätsmanagement: Überwachung der Einhaltung aller Hygienestandards und Qualitätsrichtlinien.

Warenwirtschaft: Verantwortung für die Bestellvorgänge, Lagerhaltung und Inventur sowie Sicherstellung der optimalen Warenverfügbarkeit.

Marketing und Events: Planung und Durchführung von Marketingmaßnahmen und Sonderveranstaltungen zur Förderung des Restaurants.

Kommunikation: Pflege einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit der Küche, Lieferanten und anderen Abteilungen, um einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf zu gewährleisten.
