Wir sind ein ****Superior Hotel im Alpendorf/St. Johann mit 150 Betten, Panorama-Restaurant, Bistro-Café-Pizzeria, Bar & Lounge, Wellnessbereich mit Lagunenhallenbad, Saunaoase, ASIAN beauty & spa, Fitness-Studio, Tennishalle, Golf, Baby- & Miniclub uvm. und direkt an der Gondelbahn Alpendorf gelegen. Ganzjährig geöffnet. 1 Restaurantleitung (m/w/d) Du liebst es, Gastgeber_in zu sein, hast ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und behältst auch im Trubel den Überblick? Du willst nicht nur ein Restaurant führen, sondern ein Erlebnis schaffen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Wir suchen eine motivierte Restaurantleitung mit Leadership-Mindset, Herz für Service und Leidenschaft für Qualität.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du führst unser Serviceteam mit Klarheit, Wertschätzung und Begeisterung

* Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tages- und Abendservice

* Du bist präsent im Restaurant, hast immer ein offenes Ohr für Gäste und Team

* Du entwickelst Abläufe weiter und bringst neue Ideen ein

* Du achtest auf Qualität, Stimmung und Details

* Du arbeitest eng mit Küche, Rezeption und Management zusammen

Das wäre toll, wenn du mitbringst:

* Erfahrung im gehobenen Service oder in einer leitenden Position
