Dat vraagt om duidelijke processen, commercieel leiderschap en een consistente uitvoering in alle winkels. Over de rol Als Retail manager ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële prestaties, operationele kwaliteit en personele aansturing van de winkels van The English Hatter en vertaalt de commerciële doelstellingen en merkstrategie naar een effectieve uitvoering op de winkelvloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat winkelteams weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht, beschikken over de juiste middelen en dagelijks werken aan omzet, marge, klanttevredenheid en productiviteit. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig in de winkels, werkt nauw samen met de winkelverantwoordelijken en brengt structuur, ritme en eigenaarschap in de retailorganisatie. De Retailmanager rapporteert aan de Commerce & Operations Director en werkt intensief samen met Buying & Planning, Marketing, E-commerce, Finance en HR.
