Bei IKUNA Naturresort**** wollen wir unseren Gästen unvergessliche Abenteuer in der Natur bescheren, sie kulinarisch verwöhnen und ihnen einen echten familiären Genussurlaub bieten. Dabei legen wir als biozertifizierter Betrieb besonderen Wert auf regionale Lieferanten und Ressourcenschonung. Werde jetzt Teil unseres IKUNA-Teams. 1 Rezeption Teamleitung (Vollzeit, 5 Tage Woche, keine Teildienste)

Eintritt: ab sofort

Was es bei uns zu tun gibt:

ºFachliche und operative Leitung des Rezeptionsteams inkl. Schichtplanung, Personalentwicklung und Teamkoordination

º Fundierte Kenntnisse in Buchungsplattformen, Channel-Management, Property Management Systemen (PMS) und Schnittstellenmanagement

ºSteuerung und Optimierung sämtlicher Buchungsplattformen

º Verantwortung für alle Backoffice-Schnittstellen: Rechnungslegung, Zahlungsabwicklung, Datenpflege und Reporting

ºDie 1. Ansprechperson bei Reservierungsanfragen sein und Angebote auf Basis der individuellen Anfragen und Wünsche erstellen

ºUnsere Gäste (Hotel-, Seminar- und Tagesgäste) von der Erstanfrage bis zum Abreisetag betreuen

ºDen kompletten Check-in- und Check-out-Prozess vorbereiten und vollständig abwickeln

ºGästerechnungen sorgfältig vorbereiten und damit für einen reibungslosen und schnellen Check-out-Prozess sorgen

ºNeben der Durchführung administrativen Aufgaben, auch unsere Ticketautomaten betreuen

ºUnsere Gäste über unser vielfältiges Freizeitprogramm informieren und passende Gutscheine, Shop Artikel und Tagestickets verkaufen

ºPersönlich, telefonisch und per Mail nach Außen aber auch mit unseren internen Abteilungen im Hotel in Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren

ºIm Sinne vom #ikunafeeling unvergessliche Momente für unsere Gäste schaffen

Was du mitbringen solltest:

ºAbgeschlossene Fachausbildung als Bürofachmann/-frau, Hotel- & Gastgewerbeassistent:in,

º Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Empfang/Backoffice, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung

ºEDV-Kenntnisse (Hotelsoftware Casablanca)

ºentsprechende Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil

ºErstklassige Umgangsformen und herzliches, freundliches und gewinnendes Auftreten gegenüber unseren Gästen und Kolleg:innen

ºHand-on Mentalität, hohe Flexibilität und Leistungsbereitschaft

Das Mindestgehalt für die Stelle als Rezeption Teamleitung beträgt 2.239,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung
